1. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

WE SUGGEST ARRIVING 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS. THIS WILL ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR CHECK IN, LOCKER ROOM USAGE AND PROPER BIKE SET UP.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT CHECKED INTO CLASS AT LEAST 3 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS STARTS, YOUR SPOT MAY BE FORFEITED TO A WAITLISTED RIDER.


 

2. DO I NEED CYCLE SHOES?

YES. ALL RIDERS MUST CLIP IN.

CYCLE SHOES ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL AT THE FRONT DESK FOR $2 USD.

YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN CYCLE SHOES IF YOU HAVE THEM. OUR BIKES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH SPD AND DELTA/LOOK BIKE CLEATS.


 

3. DO I HAVE AN ASSIGNED BIKE?

NO. ALL OF OUR RIDES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A SPECIFIC SEAT OR WANT TO SIT WITH YOUR FRIENDS, WE SUGGEST ARRIVING EARLY TO ENSURE YOU WILL GET YOUR DESIRED SEAT.


 

4. ARE THERE LOCKER ROOMS?

YES. OUR STUDIO HAS UNISEX LOCKER ROOMS FEATURING KEYLESS LOCKERS.

OUR LOCKER ROOM HAS TWO SHOWERS, TWO BATHROOMS, TWO CHANGING ROOMS AND A FILTERED WATER BOTTLE FILLING STATION.


 

5. WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL I HEAR?

THE MUSIC IN EACH RIDE IS DIFFERENT AND IS BASED ON THE INSTRUCTOR OR CLASS THEME.

CHECK OUT OUR INSTRUCTORS PAGE TO FIND AN INSTRUCTOR WHOSE MUSIC TASTE MATCHES YOURS.

WE ALSO OFFER LOTS OF THEMED CLASSES. CHECK OUR SCHEDULE PAGE FOR ALL OF THE UPCOMING THEME CLASSES.


 

6. I HEARD THERE ARE MUSIC VIDEOS SHOWN DURING THE RIDE, IS THAT TRUE?

YES. ALL OF OUR RIDES FEATURE MUSIC VIDEO PROJECTIONS DURING CLASS.

IF YOU ARE LIGHT SENSITIVE, PLEASE INFORM YOUR INSTRUCTOR BEFORE THE START OF CLASS.


 

7. CAN I ARRIVE LATE?

NO. LATE ENTRY TO CLASS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE ARRIVALS ARE DISTRACTING TO OTHER RIDERS AND THE INSTRUCTOR AND CAN LEAD TO INJURY IF YOUR BIKE IS NOT SET UP PROPERLY.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE TO CLASS YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY. HOWEVER, WE CAN OFFER YOU A SPOT IN THE FOLLOWING CLASS (IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE).


 

8. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

A CLASS CANCELATION MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF CLASS START TIME WILL  BE COUNTED AS A “NO SHOW” AND RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CLASS CREDIT.

A CLASS CANCELATION MADE FURTHER THAN 12 HOURS FROM CLASS START TIME WILL RETURN YOUR CLASS CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT INSTANTLY.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY (I.E. CLASSPASS) PLEASE REFER DIRECTLY TO THEIR WEBSITE/APP FOR CANCELATION POLICIES AS THESE MAY DIFFER FROM OURS.

ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE ONLINE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE (OR THROUGH YOUR CLASSPASS APP). CANCELATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.
